During training you are focussed, present and concentrating on your lesson with little time to think about what happened earlier that day or what will happen afterwards. We reinforce good behaviour and use visualisation when practicing our skill sets. Each time we practice a new skill set or technique, we are reorganising a positive pattern and discarding what no longer serves us, which ultimately helps us to create a calm and positive mindset.
